Account and password
Your Datamorf account is your personal identity within the platform. It connects you to your workspaces and stores your profile details, login credentials, and personal settings. Managing your account properly helps maintain security, continuity, and data privacy across your organization.
Account and Workspaces
Every Datamorf account can belong to one or multiple workspaces. While your profile details (name, email, password) are tied to your account, workflows, integrations, and billing information are tied to each specific workspace. This structure allows teams and consultants to work across multiple organizations without mixing data or billing responsibilities.
You can easily switch between your active workspaces using the workspace selector in the main navigation bar.
Updating Your Name, Email, and Password
To keep your profile information accurate, you can update your personal details at any time from the My account page on the lower side menu. Simply edit your name, change your email address, or set a new password. If you registered with Google your account is linked to your google account and so you don't have a password within Datamorf.
All updates are applied instantly and synchronized across any workspaces linked to your account. Regularly updating your password is recommended to ensure continued security.
Recovering a Lost Password
If you lose access to your account, Datamorf provides a secure password recovery process.
On the login page, click “Forgot password?”, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox to reset your password. This process ensures you can quickly and safely regain access without compromising your data or requesting support assistance.
