Explore templates to get started fast
Templates are pre-built activation workflows that cover the most common GTM use cases. Each template is fully editable, you can adapt it to your exact stack, data structure, and business logic without building from scratch.
What Templates Cover
Templates cover all GTM use cases:
Lead enrichment — Extract contacts from HubSpot or Salesforce, enrich them with LinkedIn data, email verification, or firmographic providers, then write the results back to the CRM.
CRM data sync — Keep records synchronized between two or more GTM tools on a schedule, ensuring no manual export is ever needed.
Audience activation — Pull a filtered segment from your CRM and push it to an ad platform or outreach tool as a refreshed audience.
Data cleaning — Run recurring deduplication, field normalization, or stale contact removal across your CRM.
Lead routing and scoring — Apply AI-based scoring or rule-based routing logic to incoming leads and write the result back to the CRM or forward to the right sequence.
Notifications — Send Slack or email alerts when specific conditions are met in your GTM data.
How to Use a Template
Go to Templates from the left navigation.
Click a template to open the preview. Read the description and check which integrations are required.
Click Save to add it to your workspace.
Configure the required connections: authorize your CRM, outreach tool, or database.
Review and adjust field mappings, filters, and transformation logic for your specific data.
Run a test before activating the workflow in production.
Tips for Getting Started with Templates
Start with a template that is close to your goal and simplify it — it's easier to remove steps than to add them.
Check the required integrations before saving a template, so you know which connections to set up first.
Use the Playground to test transformation logic before running the workflow on live data.
Rename the template immediately after saving so it is easy to find in your workspace.
