Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how our workflow-based pricing keeps costs predictable
Who can apply to the Datamorf Education Programme?
Any university professor, lecturer, or instructor running courses that touch on business automation, GTM strategy, digital marketing, sales operations, or related topics. High school teachers covering digital business or technology are also welcome. If you are not sure whether your course qualifies, just book a call with us.
How long does the whole process take?
From the first call to your students having active accounts: usually 3 to 5 business days. After our call, we review your application and send you your teacher account and the student coupon link by email. Students can activate their accounts immediately once they receive the link from you.
Is there any cost?
No, it's completely free for both teachers and students. There are no setup fees, no credit card requirements, and no automatic conversion to a paid plan when the licence expires. When the period ends, we reach out to discuss renewal — students who join companies can continue on a paid plan if they choose, but nothing happens automatically.
Do you provide teaching materials?
Yes. When we onboard you, we share ready-made workflow templates, project briefs, and use case examples designed for classroom use. We can also work with you to tailor materials for your specific course, for example, building a workflow assignment around a topic your students are already studying.
Do students need to be technical to use Datamorf?
No. Datamorf is designed to be accessible to non-technical users, workflows are built visually and the interface explains what each step does in plain language. At the same time, it has enough depth for students with a technical background to go further with custom logic, API connections, and advanced branching. It works well for mixed cohorts.
What do the on-campus masterclasses look like?
We run sessions where students get hands-on with Datamorf. Sessions typically cover: what GTM orchestration is and why companies care about it, a live walkthrough of a real workflow, a guided exercise where students build their own automation, and a Q&A on careers, tools, and the industry. We adapt the level and content to your cohort. Demand is high, so we recommend booking early in the semester.
