Integrated apps and built-in integrations

In Datamorf, an integration is a secure connection between your Datamorf workspace and an external platform; such as a CRM, database, SaaS tool, or communication app; that allows Datamorf to send or receive data automatically. Integrations are what make workflows powerful, enabling you to link multiple systems together into a single, automated data flow without coding or manual setup.

What Is an Integration?

What Is an Integration?

An integration connects Datamorf to a third-party platform so it can pull, process, and push data in real time.
For example, a workflow can:

  • Retrieve contacts from HubSpot, enrich them with data from Apollo, and then send alerts to Slack.

  • Extract sales data from a database, clean it, and load it into Google Sheets or Salesforce.

Integrations in Datamorf can be configured to act as:

  • Triggers – to start workflows automatically (e.g., when a new record is created).

  • Sources – to fetch additional data from APIs, databases, or SaaS tools.

  • Destinations – to send processed data to other systems.

Datamorf currently supports 30+ integrations, including popular business, marketing, and data platforms. New integrations are added regularly and can typically be delivered within 1–2 days upon request.

What Is a Built-In Integration?

A built-in integration allows you to use third-party services without creating an account on each of those platforms. Instead, Datamorf manages the connection and billing internally, so you can use these services seamlessly inside your workflows.

For example, you can use ChatGPT, LinkedIn Scraper, or email validation services directly from Datamorf, without setting up API keys or separate subscriptions. Datamorf handles the underlying credentials, authentication, and API usage for you.

Usage of built-in integrations is billed with Datamorf credits:

  • Your available balance (including monthly recurring top-ups, if applicable) is used first to cover any built-in integration costs.

  • Any remaining amount is billed at the end of your billing period.

  • You can easily track credit consumption for built-in integrations directly from the Dashboard, ensuring full transparency.

This system allows teams to leverage powerful third-party services without managing multiple accounts or dealing with complex billing across vendors.

Summary
  • Integrations connect your Datamorf workflows to external apps and data sources you already use.

  • Built-in integrations let you access premium third-party tools (like ChatGPT or LinkedIn Scraper) directly inside Datamorf — no external setup required, with all usage automatically tracked and billed via your Datamorf credits.

Together, these integration types make Datamorf a unified automation platform capable of connecting, enriching, and acting on data across virtually any business tool or service.
