Managing Team Members, Roles, and Access
Datamorf supports multi-user collaboration through role-based access control. Workspace owners or admins can invite colleagues to join and define what level of access each member has. To edit the roles, go to Overview and My Team.
There are three primary roles:
Admin: Has complete control over the workspace. Admins can manage workflows, integrations, billing, and team members.
Editor: Can create, modify, and test workflows, manage integrations, and view logs, but cannot edit billing or user permissions.
Reader: Has read-only access to monitor workflows and review execution results, but cannot make changes.
These roles ensure that responsibilities are clearly defined and that sensitive data remains protected. For example, a marketing specialist can edit automation logic without access to payment information, while a finance admin can manage billing without altering workflows.
