From your first automation to full-scale workflows,
we have a plan that fits your needs.
Runs measure workflow usage: one run = one full workflow execution, however many steps.
Credits buy data & AI from built-in sources (email finders, phone lookups, AI transformations, scrapers,…). Available on all plans, pay-as-you-go or top-up, never expires.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how our workflow-based pricing keeps costs predictable
How does Datamorf’s pricing work?
Datamorf charges per workflow execution rather than per task, meaning a multi-step automation (e.g., extracting, enriching, and pushing data) is billed as a single execution. This makes it more cost-effective compared to other platforms that charge per step or data volume.
What's the difference between runs and credits?
Runs are included in your plan: each workflow execution counts as one run, no matter how complex the workflow is. Credits are a separate top-up wallet you use to pay for built-in external services: data lookups (email finders, phone enrichment) and AI transformations. Your plan doesn't includes credits, you buy them when you need them, and they never expire.
How is Datamorf different from Zapier, Make, or Hightouch?
Datamorf follows a structured three-step workflow: extract, process, and activate. Each workflow execution can run multiple tasks within these steps, all billed as a single execution, making costs predictable. It includes pre-built data transformation capabilities but also supports custom code transformations and AI connections for more advanced processing.
Additionally, Datamorf features a built-in data extractor, allowing you to actively pull and process data based on specific filters from and to your main platforms without relying on external tools.
Can I combine multiple actions within one workflow?
Yes, Datamorf allows you to combine multiple actions within a single workflow. Each workflow follows a structured three-step process—extract, process, and activate—where each step can include multiple tasks. This means you can perform complex operations, such as extracting data, enriching it with AI, and sending it to multiple destinations, all within a single workflow execution, keeping costs predictable and operations efficient.
How does Datamorf help reduce costs?
Since Datamorf charges per workflow execution instead of per action, you can include multiple data transformations, enrichments, and activations in a single run without increasing costs. This pricing model significantly reduces expenses, especially for high-volume operations.
What happens if I hit my monthly run limit?
You decide. When setting up your workspace, you can choose whether your workflows pause automatically when you reach your plan limit, or keep running.
If you choose to keep them running, you'll receive a notification when you hit your limit and any extra runs will be charged at the end of your billing cycle.
We recommend selecting the plan that matches your expected usage to keep costs predictable, but the choice is always yours.
How scalable is Datamorf?
Datamorf is built for scalability. It can handle anything from small automated workflows to large-scale data processing without manual intervention. Workflows run independently and can be scheduled or triggered in real time. Since each workflow execution can process multiple tasks, businesses can scale operations efficiently without increasing costs unpredictably.
Datamorf also supports chaining workflows, allowing complex processes to run seamlessly. Whether you need to process thousands or millions of records, Datamorf adapts to your volume with minimal effort.
